Ad-block plus and noscript are my two staple Firefox add-ons. I don't think I could go back to another browser unless they had something similar.
use either of the two above or just get your AV for pop-up blocking

Yep Adblock plus is something I've used since I switched to FF. Works great. Come to think of it I allmost forgot the problems pop ups posed in my IE era, lol.

Yep, you can add filters, for example (if you want pop ups from a particular site) and more options (that I don't use).Quote:
