Just a suggestion but I think that your first official act should be to give this guy an infraction .I don't have any real justification to give you but you're a smart guy so be creative.

Btw I'm not being sincere with the whole "your a smart guy" thing but I've been hanging out with Martin and since you're staff now he tells me that I should suck up.
