scene inspired log in help

my pc crashed and I lost a lot of login info.
I've tried logging in but can't, I tried to reset my password but it tells me that I have not defined my pw recovery question so I cannot do the reset.
I was hoping that a staff member or site rep could help me out as i really do like the site and would like to keep my account. I know the site is open for registrations, but i believe in 1 account per person, and have buffer that i would like to keep too.
