How to make a proper review?

Ermm, Im so sure this is posted somewhere. I will edit this post with a link when I find it.

Well, I couldn't find what I was looking for ( I only spent like 5 minutes though :) ), but Im sure it is out there.
Oh well, here is an example of a nice layout that is easy to understand and on the eyes. I don't think there is a "set in stone" method/layout.
