i had same prob. don't know wat u can do, but reinstalling windows always fixed it for me

All you have to do is disable your firewall,I had the same problem and read in a topic here something about the firewall.I tried disabeling it and there was all the stuff.Make sure you disable it before you go to the site though.Don't worry about disabling the built in firewall in XP because it will work with it enabled.
