It works fine for me. Where are you from?
It doesn't work with OVH, so there are indeed places where it doesn't work.
What's the "tracker status"?

They're probably having issues with the tracker at the moment. They also don't even set the private flag to 1 on their torrents, so if you have DHT enabled you should still be able to download.
