why cant i start a freakin poll
You can (technically). You just have to PM a mod about your Poll Idea. They will review your idea with special devises that only they are privileged to use. After lengthy tests of them pulling, poking, and laughing at your idea, they'll PM you back with their answer. I'd say, if the poll is at least half tasteful, you'll get it.
