whenever i DL a movie the sound is so low i have to turn up my volume just to make it a normal volume noise. and it really hurts my ears if someone IMS me with that PING noise so does anyone know a media playing program that has no limits to a volume?

dowsnt the k-lite codec pack come with a audio filter that can help u adjust your sound
:ph34r: You could also use Virtualdub to boost the volume of the audio permanently, that way you can watch it with a normal volume-level and it will not hurt your ears when someone img's you. :ph34r:
