What programs have you tried already?
I've tried: Object Desktop (YUCK!), Actual Tools (too damn slow), Glass2k (options suck), and a couple small programs I forgot.
there's Aston...it's a shell replacement.
Nevermind, found a good shading/sticky program. Now just to find a transparency program...
