Re rar those 'un rared' torrents

I'm sure if you want to move from Public to Private trackers the main difference is those scene releases are unrared. This app re rars them for you (with the srr file).

NOTE: THIS ONLY WORKS FOR SCENE RELEASES THAT ARE RARED IN STORE MODE.
