Avi To Mpeg

hello all,

Ive been using TMPgenc to encode avi to mpg for vcd burning but have only been successfull with 3 out of 4 films now. Sound always starts going out of sync with picture about a thirdway through the film.

Is there any other programmes out there I could try which are as good if not better?

has nothing to do with the program used to encode
(although tmpgenc will give better results than mce)
, its bad frames in your movie before you encode.
