I can`t understand how it is possible to close other trackers, but not TPB. TPB - impossible to be closed? TPB is just laughing at all these legal mails :) Please, explain this to me ;)

Of course not, why should i want this? :) I just want to mention that the laws should be one and the same for all the trackers ... and now i remember one tracker, a good tracker called scenetorrents. And if these laws are not scaring TPB, why should these laws scare all the other trackers? This is the "thin red line" :)

Despite the site still being up these guys are facing heavy lawsuits. The court date just keeps getting pushed back. It will take a long time for these guys to be prosecuted due to appeals and the severity of this case.
