how to download files from seedbox to server using rapidleech

I have a webhosting account I setup rapidleech in it, anybody know how to download from seedbox to my server using rapidleech

Why would you use rapidleech to do such thing? Just enable fxp on both of your servers and start transferring.

server have no fxp facility
but I have ssh did you know how to get folders using ssh (not file,lot of files in a folder so not practicable to transfer files)
