bit-hdtv has seasons 3 and 4 in full blueray. i don't know about the other HD sites though - i'm just member of bhdtv.
i think all of them on hdbits

bit-hdtv has the remuxed verisons, im looking for the full bluray's. Grr hdbits seems to have everything and im not apart of it :P
