Which version of the plugin have you installed? Azureus 2.5.0.4 users should use v1.6.10.

I don't think so, localhost traffic doesn't even go through your router. I'd try disabling my software firewall if you have one.
This isn't your IP and perheps you don't even use this port. You must type this - http://YOUR_IP_ADRESS:YOUR_PORTQuote:
