Re: SqN is Officially Dead
So it died because no one had 40 bucks? I'll wait for the jokes about that.

Re: SqN is Officially Dead
A site died all for the sake of $40???
Who exactly was running it? And why would you run a site if you couldn't provide your own server fees... relying on donations maybe isn't the best way to go about things, they're never guaranteed...
I've never even heard of SqN... who were they and what did they offer?

Ratio-free music tracker.
Re: SqN is Officially Dead
Under 16 people with good photoshop skills opening secretive trackers left and right. This won't be the last one to close due to a few bucks short on donations.
Re: SqN is Officially Dead
$40..... If you own a BT site I think you should be able to pay off $40 in case of a low donation month or something.
He should have made announcements that he couldn't pay for it way before he missed the payment. It is fully the owners fault for letting the site get that far ran down.
Re: SqN is Officially Dead
IMO the site was pretty much doomed when they couldnt scratch together 100$ some time ago cant say im surprised at all.

Totally agree, and it's ok to make mistakes, just as long as they don't happen again kinda thing...
If they're 16-ish and kids like has been mentioned then I'm sure they'll be back with something else... maybe when the pocket money rises in line with inflation :P (j/k)

I thought they did?
Anyways, I'm not in the least bit surprised.
It goes to show how much a new tracker that focuses solely on exclusivity and leetness rather than developing a large core userbase can survive in this world.
So much for a "community" tracker eh? Where was their "community" when the tracker needed it the most?
