Help with Modding a Cable Modem: RCA DCM425

Hey guys,

I'm new here so sorry if I posted in the wrong section.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to mod a RCA DCM425. Basically enabling it to provide internet even if the ISP disconnects the service.
