i been tring to redownload rise of nations and install it but on the 2 that i have downloaded both stops at 84% and keeps saying something about my swap files are low or an bad cab 5 on both cds ,i tring to see is it my computer or bad files and if it is my computer how do i change my swap files thanks in advance

the file is probably corrupted....try to find the cab that is corrupted and replace it and then burn and install
