If a friend of mine was asking , I'd give the noob a copy of Win7 Ultimate with WAT removed .
If you have more than 3 GB of memory try the 64 bit , and never go back .
isnt the bit having to do with the instruction set of the hardware architecture? in other words.. it doesn't matter how much ram you have you either have a 32-bit instruction set or a 64-bit processor.
I meant if he/she has less than 3 gb of memory just run Win 7 86x . What gains will you see , in say programs with 3 gb memory on Win 64 ? :)Quote:

ill download windows 7 and givce it a bash i just wanted to make sure the dowloaded copies would work ok and update if needed

Well your welcome my lil friend . If I was to pick one O/S off H33t it would be anything by Hazor , Orbit or Original . Look to the AIO for example .
No worry's tho as most can be cracked , stay away from the loaders as they seem to be causing problems for some folks . ie : Problem with boot or adding partitions that cause a dual boot . Good luck , PM if you need help .

Some friends are having trouble with the key , but Like I said its easy to work around . I'm not trying to sound like an expert cause I'm not .. I'v installed that on over 20 computers for friends and family and some are oblivious to it cause "I" turned Auto Update off . ;)Quote:
