rTorrent setting?

I have been using around with ruTorrent.
I can't connect many peer. :(
Can anybody recommend some good settings for a 1Gbit Ovh seedbox? :)

Good post for newbies but there´s no mention of how to configure properly the rtorrent.rc file for a Gbit server. For start to learn how work rtorrent it´s nice.
