Trying to find an old film.

Hey all,
I've been talking to my granddad and he's been wanting me for the past week to try and track down an old film for him. He think it's called the wizard of oz but I think it goes by a different title. It still has Dorothy in it and that weird pumpkin fella. But the robot is this fat wind up robot.
As well as that, there are these weird people with wheels on there hands and feet that do the witch's bidding.
I remember watching this film when I was really young but for the life of me I can't find it on IMDB or remember what it's called. Does anyone else have any idea what im talking or better, what the film is actually called?

I seen that long before on TV but WOW!, I never noticed that movie was that old.
