Did you manage to solve that? Also, are you still using the same ISP?
Note I'm not being sarcastic - it's a fact that at least one major Israeli provider is manipulating announces to fake millions of TBs, get you banned and save bandwidth. It's mentioned in TL's FAQ.
What makes me wonder is when you would give this account to another "friend" should you be given one this time.
By the way, I just gave my previous one to a "friend", can I have another one too?
