There are dozens of themes in OS. All official plus regional are integrated, other exclusive complete themepacks are optional in desktop folder "Win 7 Extras". Yeah, we'll always take these releases with a grain of salt. Whose bot net are YOU a part of?
I'd stick with BIE or some other retail release and control what you put on your computer.
