I found a Premier Manger 2005-2006 at thepiratebay.com is that what you are looking for? It is for PS2.

Why would you want a version thats nearly 9 years out of date.

Exactly, just get the new one. Or if you card doesnt support it, get a few years older one. Is it for a laptop or something?
