SDBits has DVDR's which from the sounds of it is what you're looking for. Not sure if their internal untouched is in the IFO (vob/ts) format or the ISO format but scene stuff is generally ISO.
Movie trackers often have DVDR categories as well, though it's not a hugely popular format so seeds aren't always great.
There's also that swedvdr or whatever it's now called, apparently they have a decent selection as well.
