still waiting....
i doubt that you can add watermark without re-encoding the existing avi file. And after re-encoding, obviously, file size won't be exact, and quality might be slightly worse
if you want it embedded re-encoding is the only way i know and like zeveka said- you cannot control the output size- quality should be the same if you keep all original res and fps

As far as I know, Watermark Factory is only for images.
lol why do you want to watermark video, is it your property? I used to use a really great app then had all kinds of features; size, position, time frame/s when mark is to be displayed & the video came out great qual and same size of original file.... sadly most people use these apps to make spam video or generally annoy the intraweb community
