but my account did not update
i want to know why

I'm pretty sure minimum post is 10. I couldn't tell by your title so i made a new post by accident. Anyway i have the same problem and i hope they fix this because i want to ask people lots of people for invite. I sent a feedback to the webmasters.

my problem is solved

Mine seems to have updated too. I think it actually takes 16 days to send a pm/invite bittorent section.
