Nah. Leave it open. There is always some new kid thats going to be blown away by Soulseek.
unrelated but i heard dc++ is better than soulseek these days.
Dc is good but remember that it's also RIAA's favorite network. All pirate courtcases we have had in Norway is about dc and nothing has been about bittorrent.Quote:

How's Soulseek for finding rare movies?
Not that great, although you can share movies music is much more common due to smaller file sizes. Direct P2P isn't that great for sharing movies.
someone should make a all in one network searcher - ED2k, DC, Rapidshare , Parent Directory, Usenet, Torrents, Magnet links etc for people looking for very rare content. although a downside would be you cannot search private websites.
I'm pretty sure they got one network searcher for the one-click hosters. then for usenets as well lol. don't think one whole one would be quite necessary.Quote:

Soulseek's main purpose is to distribute music, and they do a bloody good job compared to other networks. I have found the odd mvid but nothing worth mentioning.Quote:
