lost accounts due to inactivity

I fell out of the bitorrent scene for a while and lost some of my favs:

bithq
cinematik
cinemageddon

Anyone have any idea if it is possible to revive accounts that were in good standing with any of these trackers?

u can check their ircs and the might reactivate it

Usually if you haven't done anything wrong and talk to the staff
they can re-enable your account. Most of the trackers do,
but to be absolutely sure you'll have to talk to them (probably in irc as skywalker said above).
There are a few trackers, like pedro for example that after a very short period of disabling they erase the info of the account
so you can't get it re-enabled, but even is such cases, depending on the staff, they usually re-invite you themselves, if you had a good reason for
your inactivity.

If you're getting "this account has been disabled", check the IRC channels sticky in this section and do as skywalker91 said. Chances are, you'll be reenabled and put back on track. :)

If it's "username or password incorrect", there isn't much hope for you, but do try IRC. You could be reinvited by the staff, who knows.
