sorry but benzinladen sounds norwegian to me.

In my opinion is a combination between bin Laden and Mercedes-Benz.
Anyway, if his country is banned, what use is to have an account that normally it will be disabled?

Banning is the same as disabling, in case you aren't aware of that.

I know what banning means. I got banned several times, but with all these, the accounts weren't disabled.
