Forget turkey!
I'm no vegan, but I can't stand any type of wildfowl.
Crispy streaky Bacon Is my sort
Gobble Gobble.
I agree, I prefer a nice ham over turkey. Happy thanksgiving.
I'm stuck with a pic of Lub eating humongous piles of bacon for T-day. :D
However you celebrate, enjoy my friends!
I've only had turkey once and it was dry - it that why turkey usually tastes like? I lived on a chicken farm for about 1/3 of my childhood and for some reason developed a phobia of chickens ... turkeys are even worse!
Anyway ... enjoy peeps. I wonder how Mr. Bean celebrates Thanksgiving?

Ham@Christmas and Turkey@Thanksgiving. It's simple really.
Everyone knows that, ffs.

Yeah, everyone knows that, but most thanksgiving dinners also have a nice ham in addition to the turkey along with all the other customary foods and dishes. I think that was the op's point anyway. Turkey is overrated, and who says you really have to have it every thanksgiving? It doesn't have to be the best part of the meal for everyone.
Lamb on the spit FTW!!!
