i would guess no.
on a side note, ive read the documents from both sides, and sony's looks like it was written by someone in prelaw. i think they are just trying to make a half ass case to tie this thing up for george as long and expensively as possible.

Sony must to see the good face of this story... now, a lot's of ppl will buy the device cause they have the possibility to play chipper all the new games... xD
