The Register, TorrentFreak and FST front page + a few local ones.

Neoteo and Genbeta. Sadly, both are in Spanish, so they may not be useful to everyone here.

You need to sooooooo start subscribing to techmeme. Its more of a signal to noise thing, filters all the massive crap out there, and brings to you the relevant tech news and better articles.
