I personally reported 2 users (a scammer and a liar that cost me 3 invites) and they were both got disabled.
So FST staffers, are doing a great job.
But there are some rules. You have to use properly the report section and prove that you were scammed.
FST staffers can't ban a user, just because a couple of guys called him "fucking scammer", "cheater" etc !
I can't because we used googletalk for trading.
IM logs (if any have been stored) are not taken as evidence by the FST staff, who have also warned many times against using anything other than PMs on this forum to coordinate trades.
