What an obvious console port, BF3 clearly doesn't have any competition.
No doubt the autistic console fanbois will forever drool over this treasure. All I can say is look at 0:26. I thought this was supposed to be a new and improved engine, how can a support beam fall like paper?
I'm pretty sure this has moved past the alpha stage so don't really have an excuse to be optimistic.
The Call of Duty series (on the PC) have been console ports for a long time now. Nothing we can do about it. It's where the money's at. The incredibly gimped multiplayer and matchmaking system in MW2 that console players have to endure but PC users are never really exposed to outside of RTSs is just proof of that.
It'll be interesting to see how MW3 turns out after Infinity Ward essentially imploded though. I believe the game is being produced (concurrently) by 3 different developers.
MW2 was a pretty good game and from the looks of this I'm sure this will be the best COD game.
here's to battlefield 3 winning! CoD needs to fix a lot of shit.
