where is the add reputation icon gone?

i am not able to give a good member who gave me a free invite a rep point .

where is the icon gone ?

Reputation can now only be awarded on trade threads.

See I was right as his definition of "good member " being based entirely on whether he doles out an invite to him or not is pretty suspect.:ermm:
Not mention the OP is another one of these people that thinks being brave is commenting and then immediately closing his thread so that no one has a chance to respond.

I personally thought giveaways should be the activity to yield rep, I trust Santa more than an alchemist. Then again, I don't really see or understand the point of a quantitative reputation system. What about observation and asking around?

I could swear I replied to this part of your post earlier today. My comment, although mostly jocular, criticized that poster's way of interpreting opinions as judgement.
