I want one as well. Dunno about the uk though, but I think I'll have issue getting hold of helium over here.
If you happen to mean the US, you can get it anyplace that sells bottled gas, such as oxygen or argon (welding gases & such) You can also get it in party supply stores. I think I might have even seen a balloon kit at Walmart that included the helium.
Some cretin decided to end his existence here using helium (and succeeded) and since the Coroner's inquest and the suicide method became public knowledge the government is looking at restricting the sale of helium ffs....
