Does anyone know how to get into the SCC support IRC?

I'm able to connect to the server, but I am immediately kicked from the support channel. I was stupid and didn't log in for too long while a family member was going through some serious cancer stuff, and actually I lost a few trackers, but I really really loved SCC and don't want to lose them. If I could just have a chance at re-opening my account I'd be happy. If it doesn't work out I'll take reality at face value, but I want to try my best to keep the site I love. Can anyone help me get in contact with an admin there at SCC?
