I am confused on who is complaining here, the:

1) 1st Trucker
2) Lizard
3) Puddle or
4) Second Trucker

Not quite sure why you want to contact the BitMe Staff Fiji. I don't see any tracker welcoming someone who gets up to the shenanigans you get up to.
