Quick Tip: Excluding forums from New Posts list

Some people might want to exclude certain forums from the New Posts page, to filter out the flooding of posts from certain forums. Here's how...

I've been using the "exclude" feature for ages, to filter the NZB threads (which would easily fill around 10 pages sometimes) prior to the vB 4.0 update, and a couple other sections.
