silenciong my computer with a new corsair 550d

The 550d is going to hit the shops in Uk in the first week of February, I can't wait, my case is messed up completely, it sounds like an airport with all the fans buzzing around.

Anyone else into computer silencing here? I was thinking of creating myown mods and silencing my antec300. But I know that no matter how much work I put into it, it will not match a high quality, full metal purpose built silenced case.

Doesn't noise level just depend on the fans you use?
