There's this, but I think you can't pass your own torrents to it. And Imageshack had a really crappy free seedbox service, no idea if it's still operative.
If Torrific is down for good, then a part of me is surprised they could last this long. Running a service like that demands a lot of bandwidth, and by seeding torrents (read: hosting and spreading potentially copyrighted material), it's easy to get in legal trouble.
