Techno / House music: How to get on w-ki.net or radarr.kiev.au? Need help

hello people,

I collect techno and house music, mainly techno and discovered these sites a while ago but you can't signup there. The mailbox for radarr.kiev is full so cant ask for invite there either. I have a collection which Ï am willing to share there of course, if only I could find a way to get aboard.

Hope someone has some tips where to look or some info.

I hadn't even heard of these until now (and the second one isn't loading for me). Is w-ki some blog-based tracker or something?
