Usually, SuperOneClick does the trick, though on newer models other techniques have to be used.

Samsung Galaxy Ace.i try that one already. but that one need a pc.

Only a few selected models have root methods via an installed .apk
Usually, you need to do it via your PC, primarily installing all the necessary USB drivers.
