I have a problem with my CD drive. When I insert disk it give me this error, look at This. It happens with every disc even the discs that I know that work. Do any of you know what I could do?

well link doesnt work but it is me he is talking about so here is what the error says:
windows cannot read from disk. This disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows. Please someone must know how to fix this
