New feature in the NZB section.
You can now join up multiple collections (for example multiple TV episodes) into a single NZB file.
Along with that, a little cleanup of the look for the NZB Builder.

As usual, let me know of any bugs.
Incase anyone noticed there was a major bug with this that limited the size of the collection to somewhere around 100 files, before it would just ignore anything you tried to add.
I fixed that issue and did a few other little bug fixes and improvements.
