first whats da best program to burn DVDs

I want 2 burn data

I also want a program that can encode the films i want 2 burn automaticaly so i can watch them on my DVD player or ps2

Can i make a xp botable disk with a blank dvd and put other programs on it aswel

Ive got a external DVD +R recorded

or can som 1 put a link to a post if this question has aready been answered
