Enter recover in the search box .Do not click submit and scroll down to the bottom. The recovery system is there. It should send your 3 personal details
If you're still having problems, you should pay their IRC channel a visit. See the other BCG threads for more info.
Unless you have somehow logged in during the last 2 months your account will have been deleted.
