I friend of mine moved to HD contents and was looking for them , are there any websites/dedicated forums where Exclusive[They call it] Encoders movies are uploaded i remember there was a forum which was specific to China HD

Yeah I also know the HD content is very awesome ..

So the only way to get in is acc+mail? Or can you change mail without getting banned?
