Question about linking to a program I wrote

Hello!

I just finished writing a program which basically kills a specified .exe running on your computer if your TAP-based VPN connection dies (due to their server going down, hiccup on your computer, whatever) as I could not find any existing software that did this, and tried to make a new topic with a link to virustotal scan results and rapidshare link, and the thread did not appear after I posted it.

Am I allowed to post this tool here?

I scanned the file and it's clean.

I prefer the routing tables method but this is an interesting approach, thanks for the share :)
